A bit about UPco

We’re an independent town planning consultancy based in Melbourne. Originally established as SJB Planning, we’ve been achieving great development outcomes for our clients for more than three decades. Every member of our team brings their own unique qualities to the table, but we all share the same down to earth attitude and passion for what we do. Together, we’re a force that’s greater than the sum of its parts – enhancing our capacity to make a lasting positive impact on our urban environment.

Is it you we’re looking for?

  • You have at least 2-5 years of Victorian planning experience (ideally in consulting but not essential), along with tertiary qualifications.
  • You’re ready to sink your teeth into a new challenge, to be encouraged to learn and grow.
  • Clear communication is one of your strong suits (written & verbal), and you play well with others.
